THE BALTIC AGREEMENT.

LONDON, April 27.
The Baltic agreement provides that, in the case of anything threatening the present territorial status quo in the Baltic regions, the four signatories shall mutually communicate with a view to agreeing to measures for the maintenance of the status quo.
