Maryborough Cup (open), of 200 soys; second horse to receive 20 soys, and third horse 10 soys from the stake. Nomination, 20s; acceptance, 40s. One and a quarter miles. 5. Penalties.—Fiat Races: The winner of any flat race after declaration ot weights to carry a penalty of 71bs; and ot any additional race or races a further penalty of Bibs. Hurdles: liie winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs, and for any additional hurdle race 71bs extra Definition of a Hack.—A Hack is a horse that has not won a race of the y-aiue of 100 soys, or races of the collective value of 250 soys, up to date of nomination.
