Hurdles: liie winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs, and for any additional hurdle race 71bs extra Definition of a Hack.—A Hack is a horse that has not won a race of the y-aiue of 100 soys, or races of the collective value of 250 soys, up to date of nomination.
