Penalties.^-Flat Races: The winner of any flaj> race after declaration ot weights to carry a penalty of Tflbs; and of any additional race or races a further penalty of 51bs.' Hurdles: lne winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101bs> and for any additional hurdle race 71bs extra. Definition of a Hack.—A Hack is a horse that has not won a race of the value of 100 soys, or races of the collective value of 250 soys, up to date or nomination. NOMINATIONST^EIGHTS, AND ACCEPTANCES.
