POLLARD'S JUVENILE OPERA COMPANY.
That clever little band of juveniles forming the above company, which open at the Town Hall to-night, will produce for the first time in Blen<iemm \ new musical comedy entitled ': The Isle ot Bong Bong;" We notice with regret that this return visit of this popular organisation will be rheir last for a considerable time as tney are now en route to Australia where they will play a, prolonged season. As this little company was formed in New Zealand, and hasf ■ rehearsed and played all its productions within our Dominion, one can almost look at the organisation as aterally "New Zealand's own combination. Judging from press reports tnroughout the Dominion, right worthily has the new company sustained its reputation. Everywhere has been seen the magic symbol house full" on its portals at 730 every night, and we trust to-night there will be no exception to this rule "The Isle of Bong Bong" will be played here for one night only and will then make room for. one farewell performance of the delightful musical dream-play entitled " Bluebell'm Fairyland." This magnificent production nas caused a furore wherever produced throughout the Dominion. Oh Saturday (the last night or the season) "His Highness the «ey, ih which Master B. Nicholson scores m the name-part, will be produced. The ballets are now under th edirection of Mrs Harry Quealy and the magnificent orchestra is under the able baton of Mr A. .Brahms, late musical director with Messrs Musgrave's Opera Company and latterly with Messrs Willoughbv aad Ward. The box plan is now open at Qnartly's music store.
