Judge Ker, who presided at Herr Hardens first trial, has been transferred from the Bench to another department .of rfche Ministry of Justice.

Judge Schmidt, who was president of the trial when Herr Harden was acquitted of lese majeste, was sfmi- ! larly removed a few years ago.
