WELLINGTON, Dec. 31. Mr J. Lomas, of the Labour Department, who has just returned '.from a visit to the West Coast, questioned in regard to the Dennistoti miners' trouble over the bank-to-bank clause, said that the men considered they were quite, right in adopting the methods they had done. He understood that they were going to have the matter taken to the Appeal Court, to test whether the _ Arbitration Court's award overrides the statute law.' A warrant will he taken out probably as soon as the holidays are over.
