The sale to be held on Friday evening next at Messrs Griffiths and Son's rooms, High Street, is bound to attract a considerable audience of intending buyers, and those who secure sections should consider themselves lucky. There is a dearth of really good residential sites in Blenheim, and the pinch must increase year by year as building goes on. Moreover, the sections to be offered are so well placed, so close to town, and in such really desirable situations that they must increase much more rapidly than sections further away. The terms of the sale are absolutely easy, and place the properties within the reach of anyone with a few pounds put away, and an investment in real estate is absolutely the soundest and best that any man can make. Incidentally it may be stated that, several of the sections sold at Messrs Griffiths and Son's last sale have since changed handsr at a substantial profit to the purchasers.
