FOUND DROWNED.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES
[press association.] WELLINGTON, Nov. 13. At the inquest on the man McG'Owan, who was found drowned in the harbour, evidence given was that he had drawn £8 on Friday, but there was ho money on the body. The Coroner said that this was very suspicious, and there was no real evidence to show how the deceased got into the water. An open verdict was returned.
