The Rob Roy arrived at Picton at 9 o'clock this morning, having to put in through stress of weather while bound from Puponga to .Wellington, i The Blenheim did not sail from Wellington last night as intended, and will not arrive at Blenheim till midnight in consequence. The Charles Edward arrived at Picton at 5 a.m. to-day with a cargo tti coal and railway sleepers from Grevmoutli.
The launch Pilot, which has been laid up pending her conversion into a fishing boat, will shortly enter into a life of usefulness as a trawler under the ownership, it is understood, of the Naomi Fishing Company.
