A MINER'S SUICIDE.
««» THROWS HIMSELF OVER A CLIFF. [?REBB ASSOCIATION.] WESTPORT, Oct. 8. John Berrynian, who worked at the Brake Head' (Denniston) coliery, left his work yesterday morning. His body was subsequently discovered at the' bottom of a forty-foot cliff, with his socks tied round his eyes. His boots were on the top of the cliff. The deceased was a steady man. No reason can be ascertained for the suicide, except that he was suffering from influenza.
