TEHERAN, Sept. 25,
The Russian Legation has warned the Persian National Assembly that if disorders on the frontier continue Russia will be compelled to intervene.
The Assembly has replied that during a state of constitutional transition similar disorders in the Caucasus and at Baku caused suffering to Persian! subjects.
