A SATISFACTORY POLICY.
TO THE EDITOR
Sir, —In the year 1876 I took out a policy of. £100 with bonus additions. I "paid tke sum of £1 9s 7d half-yearly. In March last I received a cheque for £177 12s sd, being, as I thought,'a very satisfactory return for my investment, having been insured for £100 from the first payment, also bonus additions from time to time, of which 1 had been advised. On receiving the cheque I thought my account closed, but not so, for in August I received another cheque for £2 14s, being bonus for 1906, thus making a total of £180 6s od. It had been a good thing to' know during the years I was paying that there was a little for the wife and family; it was also a good thing to live to get it. It had also been a good place to get a loan when one was much needed,' and at small cost, about one shilling for stamp only. I would urge young men to look over the above figures, and resolve to join some good oifice. lam not an agent, nor have I been asked to write. The A.M.P. did what I state; others do well, -perhaps better. I only wish young men to know and act, as it will pay to have a policy in a good office. 1 C.W.O.
