SUPREME COURT.
[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NAPIER, Sept. 23. The Supreme Court opened to-day, Mr Justice Button presiding. The calendar is a light one of ten cases, none of which are of a serious characArthur Graham Owen (false declaration), William Smith (false pretences), and Le Fun (perjury) pleaded guilty, and were remanded for sentence. Daniel Tohill, theft from a railway goods-shed at Waipawa, received six months' imprisonment.
