IN POSSESSION OF JAPANESE OFFICERS. [press association.] (Received Sept. 22, 4.46 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 21. The St. Petersburg Bourse Gazette States that, during military manoeuvres near Vladivostock, some Japanese officers belonging to the general staff were found to be in possession of certain maps and plans, and were placed under arrest. The Japanese Government demanded the immediate release of the prisoners.
