OBSERVANCE IN GREYMOUTH.

GREYMOUTH, Sept. 20. The Borough Council has decided fittingly to celebrate Dominion Day. The Volunteers, cadets and band will parade at 11 a.m., when the proclamation will be read, and the flag consecrated and hoisted. There will be a grand children's gathering and sports in the afternoon, and a social and concert in the evening.
