Withdrawal of Advertisements in the "Express" must be in writing. Adrertisemenfcs received without such instructions will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Notice to withdraw advertisement! must be given in writing not later than 1 p.m. • Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn at } any time before the expiry of »-- monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the full' term. Alterations to standing advertieements should be handed in by 8 p.m. the day before they are required' to appear. Any person writing to the "Express" Office for information in regard to advertisements already appearing in the paper must send stamped addressed envelope in order to ensure reply. Advertisers in the country can remifr payment by Money-Order or Postage Stamps. For the convenience of advertisers, replies to advertisements may be senv* to the Publishing Office; but the Management will not accept any responsibility in this respect. Every care will be exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements, but the Proprietor does not hold himself responsible for the noninsertion through accident or from other causes; and the right is reserved' of omitting advertisements that he may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may havebeen received and paid for in the usual course of business. \ All literary communications should b^ addressed to the Editor, and all communications relating to matters of business to the Proprietor.
