IRELAND'S DEMANDS.
AWAITING THE GOVERNMENT'S
BILL
{press association.] ... (Received April 24, 0.40 a.m.) ; LONDON, April 23
j Mr John Redmond, the Irish Nationalist, speaking at a demonstration in London, reiterated the1 Irish demand for full legislative and administrative control of their own affairs; but, he said, knowing the forces at work against 'Ireland he was almost afraid, while awaiting the Government's Bill, to express too sanguine a view. Unless the proposals were calculated to prepare the way for settlement, the Irish would be advised to reject and repudiate them.
