Dalgety and Company, Ltd., Wellington, have received the following cable from London, dated the 11th instant:— '.
, Frozen Meat—New Zealand lamb, prices are higher by |d to Jd. There is slightly better demand for heavy weights. Frozen mutton, lower by id per lb.
"Butter—The Copenhagen official quotation is unchanged. The ' total imports of butter into the United Kingdom for the week ending the 6th instant, amounted to 94,000 cwt., as compared with 98,000 cwt. for the corresponding week of 1906. Market dull Salted 98s, unsalted lOOs^ Tallow—Prices generally are lower by Is 6d per cwt. Very little sold. Buyers show little or no disposition to operate. ,
