. WANGANUI, March 22. The adjourned sittings of the Supreme Court were held this mornin«r before Mr Justice Button, when the civil case Richard Baddeley v. J. H. Nixon, two of the principals in a leading firm of local auctioneers, was heard. The claim was for £1833, in connection with a deal of partnership interest of same, and £100 damages! The case is proceeding. a
