Capt. North has taken command of the Picton-Sounds-Wellington trader Rob Roy in place of Capt. Conway, who has resigned. Mr Burton has taken Capt. North's place on the Ngunguru as mate. The Himitangi, which arrived at Picton yesterday with coal from Greymouth, is expected to sail from Picton on the return trip this evening. The Pateena, which arrived at Picton on Saturday from Nelson, brought the following*passengers:—-Misses Curtis (2), Jones, Messrs Horrax, Jones, Winter.
Th© Arahupa, which arrived from Wellington on Saturday, had the following passengers:—Misses McKenzie, Chandler, Holland, Mudford (2), Sisters of Mercy (4), Mesdames Wilkins, Irvine. Gillies, Riddell, Chandler, Preston, Reynolds, Hebbard and 2 children, Messrs Catley, Lloyd, Jones, Walsh, Riddell, Gordon, Parker, Hogg, Stevenson,- Chandler, Watson, Brent, Stewart, Kennington, Esson, Preston, Wilson, Harvey, Ackman, Walsh, Wood, O'Brien, Rev. Father Holley, Rev. Richards.
