MR SEDDON'S LAST WORDS TO AUSTRALIA.

(Received June 11, 10.12 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 11. He was inclined to think the Commonwealth Ministers erred on the side of caution, but recognised that they have contending interests to study; that there is a competition which cannot be overlooked, and also that the interests of producers have to be conserved as well as the interests of consumers.
