The following have boon appointed to the Delimitation Commission to settle the question of the Tabah boundary:—Captain R. C. Owen, Director or Intelligence for the Soudan Government; Ibrahim Fethy Pasha, Turkish Minister at Belgrade; Pasum Bey, and Shukai, an Egyptian.
