GREYMOUTH, May 18. Ine barquo Devonport left Greymouth. A sailor refusing to proceed was sent to gaol for two weeks. He was put on board prior to sailing, and deemed the vessel unseaworthy. MiBrown, a ship's carpenter, writing in the "Grey Star," declares he was engaged repairing the Devenport at Greymouth ten years ago. He then considered her uaseaworthy.
