POLICE OFFICER KILLED.
FIVE-MINUTE SPEECHES
(Received May 18; 8.29 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, May 17. Zhdonoff, a police officer, was killed in the- streets at TambofE- in revenge for his brutal treatment of Marie Spiridovna. The assassin was arrested.
The Duma allows only five minutes for speeches. The draft reply to the address was read, a first time.
