NEW YORK, May 17. President Roosevelt assured Mr W. J. Napier that lie would visit New Zealand at the end of his Presidential term.' He was interested in the physical beauty of the islands, the-Humane treatment of the Maoris, and the experiments in social and democratic legislation.
