[PRESS •ASSOCIATION.] (Received May 17, 12.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 16. . Mr Seddon told an interviewer that, so far as the Arbitration Act in New Zealand is concerned, there is no fault to find. The law is all right. : The employers and employees recognise that. Recently, however, there has been considerable feeling involved by decisions given by the Court, especially in regard to tlie seamen's case. The whole trouble lies in the matter of the administration o£ the Act, and it has been alleged that the findings of the Court have not been in accordance with the evidence. Of this he could not speak, because he had not had time to go into the evidence carefully; bu-: he had every confidence in the impartiality of Judge Chapman. The nost important question he had to discuss with the Federal Premier* was the New Hebrides. # NAsked about reciprocity Toetween New Zealand and Australia, Mr Seddon said, " I have no concern about that at all." - He expressed his keen appreciation of the kindly welcome given him by New Zealanders; '
