AUCKLAND, May 14. The sensation which was caused in the Bay of Plenty District by the Maori tohnuga Riia has.been accentuated by the appearance of a Maori prophetess, who is credited with some marvellous cures of sick people. Her " j>anacea for all ills" appears to be liberal doses, of brandy, with the result that there has .been an enormous run on the hotel stock. - .
