"MARLBOROUGH EXPRESS."
Instructions as to the Insertion or Withdrawal of Advertisements in the "Express" must be in writing. Advertisements received without such instructions will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Notice to withdraw advertisements must, be given in writing not later than 1 p.m. Advertisements . inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn at any time before the expiry of a monthly or quarterly period, are charged Tor as if inserted for the full term. Alterations to standing advertisements should be handed in by 3 " p.m. the day before they are required to appear. Any person writing to the "Express " Office for information in regard to advertisements already appearing in the paper must send stamped addressed envelope in order to ensure reply. Advertisers in the country can remit payment by Money-Order or Postage Stamps. For the convenience of advertisers, replies to advertisements may be sent to the Publishing Office; but^he Management will not accept any responsibility in this respect.^ Every care will be* exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements^ but the Proprietor does not hold himself responsible for the noniiisertion through accident or from other causes; and the right is reserved of omitting advertisements that he may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business.
All literary communications should bj addressed to the Editor, and all communications relating to matters of business to the Proprietor.
