[PKESS ASSOCIATION.] . (Received April 17, 9.37 p.m!) LONDON,'ApriI 17. Dr. Ingram, Bishop of London, in a letter to the RuraljDean, declares that it is intolerable that a purely ethical treatment of the Bible should be permitted in. schools on which the.Church spent""forty millions in order to edur cate the children according tp the tenets of the Church of England.
