MARKET OPENS STRONGLY.
The NeAV Zealand Loan and Merc&htile Agency Cb v Ltd., are in receipt of the following cable advice from their London oiuce, dated yesterday:— Wool—The market opened strong for all sorts. As boinpared with last sale's closing rates, prices are 5 to 7? per cent, higher for fine crossbred and merino, and 10 to 15 vpe'r cent, higher for coarse and medium crossbred. There is a good American demand.
