CHRISTCHURCH March 12. A spell of excellent harvest weather has enabled the machines to get down a large portion of the late crop. Reports from various districts indicate an abundant yield, but a good deal of early-cut grain in stopk has sprouted. Still, the harvest -results are quite up to the average.
