WELLINGTON, March 12

The body of a ship's fireman named Oscar Wilson was found on the Otaki Beach. He had been employed on the steamer Oreti, and his clothes were found previously on the y beach at the mouth of the river.

He was about 48 years of age, and leaves a wife and two children. His wife was not aware that he had left the steamer. He was ,a steady and sober, man.

An Inquest ivill be held
