Towards Protective Works at Woodman's Bend ... ... 100 | .£4OOO AND to make an Annual Eecurring Special Eate of one-fourteenth of a penny on the Unimproved Value of all Rateable Property in the said Koad Board District, as Security for the Interest and Sinking Fund in connection with such Loan. The whole of the Loan is to be re-pay* able at the expiration of 32 years from the date of the raising of the Loan.
