Under the circumstances it, did not call upon him to show cause why his certificate should not be suspended, but ordered him to pay costs to^.the owner of the Squirrell and reasonable costs to witnesses. •

[The Warrimoo, when leaving Sydney on November 25, collided with and sank the launch Squirrell. All the occupants of the launch were rescued by the Wammoo's boats.]
