DENUNCIATION BY THE PRESS
(Received-March 9, 8 a.m.) o ST. PETERSBURG; March 8. The Duma meets at Tauride Palace, St. .Petersburg., Accommodation is provided for 564 deputies. The manifesto defining the powers of'the Duma has evoked bitter disappointment. The press denounce the Dintta as a mere mockery, hedged about by a bureaucratic Upper House and ah irresponsible Ministry, and completely isolated from its constituents.
