The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company insert to-day entries for several sales to be conducted during the month, and also a preliminary notice of a sale to be held at Koromiko early in March. An experienced team hand is wanted for Richmond Brook.

The Renwjck garden party is being held to-day. There will be a promenade concert at 8 p.m. Present entries for E. F. Healy's stock sale at Seddon on Wednesday next appear in this issue.
