Besides demanding that Russia shall fix a date for the withdrawal of railway guards,' evacuation of Harbin, and the refinquishinent of lands and mines seized in Manchuria, China requires the payment of five million tolls, which China contributed to the capital of the Russo-Chinese Bank.
