MORE TROUBLE WITH RUSSIAN SOLDIERS.

ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 27. Russian soldiers landed at Vladivostock from Japan, exasperated because they were not repatriated, immediately quarrelled with the officers, and attacked the latter's club. Three officers were killed and several wounded.
