Terrible Excesses at Kishineff (Received Nov. 5, 5 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 4. Every Jewish shop was wrecked at Kishineff. The Christians were not injured if they displayed an ikon and the Czar's portrait chalked across the doorways. BarDn Quenzberg was wounded and his house looted. Millions of roubles worth of property are destroyed. M. Klergels, Governor, has been removed from office.
