} \Press Association. Electric TelcgrapJi. Copyright. NAPIER, Sept. 8. In the Supreme Court, Patrick Costigan, for causing actual bodily harm, was sentenced to eight months. Joseph Burfett, charged with indecent assault on a girl, was proved on medical evidence to be insane, ana was committed to the asylum. The trial of Alfred Amory George, on a charge of publishing a defamatory libel on Inspector M Donnell, is now proceeding.
