Fear of a German Mission.
Received February 3,9.40 p.m. St. Peieesbukg, February 3. All the factories at Sosuowie hare stopped. A report gained credence that German troops were to be summoned across the frontier to suppress disorder. The people determined to destroy the railway bridge, but the German commander took measures to guard it. j
