Chribtohuboh, June 27. The Arbitration Court opened at Christcburch this morning.

A number of enforcement cases were set down. Strange and Co., drapers, etc., were fined £2 and £1 for employing hands at less than award wages. For a similar offence J. Nixon, tailor, was fined £5; and George Simpson, builder, £2. Ballantyne and Co. were fined £1 for neglecting to pay wagesjto certain tailoresses for Boxing Day.
