THE ANNUAL MEETING.
The DO2 Trial was continued yeaterday at the Target Paddock, on tho Wither Run, and the proceedings were witnessed by a considerable number of spectators. The weather was perfect, and the intelligent work done by the dogs was matched under tfoo best; con. ditions. Yesterday's results wero as follow :— Class No. 2 —Heading1, Bringing Biek, and Holding in Ring; about 500 yards. First prizo, £6; co«:ond,£3; third, £1 ; and special (£2 2s donated by Mrs McDonald). Tut.il points, 30. A. McDonald's Lot, 27 points ... 1 M. McKenzie's Je»3, 25 points ... 2 M. MeKenzie'a Clyde, 21 points ... 3 M, MeKensie'a Dajfcie, 23 poiuls... 4 There were 29 entries. Class No. 3.—-Huntaway, with slew, through three sets of flags; about 500 yards. First prize, £8 and Mrs W. L. Clifford's trophy (value £7 7=); sesund, £4; third, £2. Total points, 30. A. Golf's Fly, 28 points ... ... I J. Frances's Rock, £7 points ... 2 A. McDonald's Bobs, 27 points ... 3 J. Frances's Scott, 19 points ... 4 There were 27 entries. Mr Middleton's special prize for the dog scoring mo3fc points in all classes was awarded to Robinson's Darkic, with 49 points. Mr Smith's special, for the sc «ond dog, want to J. Francos' Scot!;, with 40 points, Mr A. E. Weld's special, rewarding tho best dog under command, went to Lyford's Spy.
