London, March 15.
Mr Justice Bigham has awarded Lovell and Chtismas, a firm of produce merchants at Stnithfleld, damages against the owners of the steamer Papanui (the New Zealand Shipping Company) for not maintaining the degree of temperature stipulated in the bill of lading as regards the carriage of cheese.
