PUBLIC WORKS AND LAND

SETTLEMENT.

The Aid to Pnblio Works and Land Settlement Act, 1903, was introduced by Governor's message in Parliament on Tuesday afternoon, and was read a first time.

The schedule of works and purposes provided for is as follows :--
