KAINS IN VICTORIA.
Press Association Electric Telegraph, Copyright. Melbourne, July 18. Heavy rains continue. In the central and western districts over four inches fell. One farmer lost 400 sheep, and many settlers have lost considerable property. The town of Horsham, 203 miles north-west of Melbourne, is threatened with inundation. The authorities are taking measures to seoure the safety of the residents.
