PtCßs Aasociatiotit Electric Telegrapf « Oopyright. Wampawa, July 17. A remittance man named Herbert Shaw, who has been living at the Empire Hotel for aome months, was found dead in bed this morning. He was apparently in his usual health last night. Nelson, July 17.

At tho first annual meeting of the Nelson Co operative Butter Factory a credit balance on the working of £28 was shown. The milk supplied during the seven months' existence of the factory was 1,631,788 gallons; butter manufactured, 80 098lbs, average of milk to pound of butter. 2037 ; and from each pound of butter fat l'lllba of butter was made. The amount paid farmers for butter fat was £2,411, and the bufctor realised £3165.
