DUTCH INDIGNATION.
BOTHA'S DEPORTATION ADVO
GATED.
Received July 18, 8.56 a.m. Capetown, July 17. Mr Brink, a Dmtch member of the Transvaal Council, declares the Dutch are more thoroughly taught now than ever. Great indignation is expressed at the Cape and Transvaal, even among the Dutch, at General Botha's letter. Extremists adyocate his deportation. Moderates think the exposure of his misstatements sufficient.
