FURIOUS DRIVING.
Vrest Association. Electric Telegraph. OopyriflJit. CHnisTontmcH, July 17. The driver of a motor car was charged at the Magistrate's Court this morning with furiously driving a car across Cathedral Square on Sunday night, Jnly sth. The police alleged the speed was 40 miles an hour. The information was dismissed, on the ground that it should have been laid under the " Motor Car Act, 1902," instead of the Police Offences Act. ;
