The inquest into the circumstances connected with the mysterious death of Agnes Campbell, whose body was found on a hill near the University on Wednesday, the Bth inst., was resumed today. '.■'.■ i- a V Joseph Osmond said he had not seen his son since the evening ol the 7 th, and had no idea of his whereabouts. He quite expected his son would have married deceased shortly, as he had a auantity of furniture in his room. " After some formal evidence, the jury after retirement gave the following verdict: " That deceased met her death through shock caused by improper interference with the genitals, but by whom performed there is not Baffioienfc evidence to show."
